We are looking for target oriented, proactive and energetic Sales Manager for our company who focused on industrial automation system
The ideal candidate willl be reporting to the Top Management of the company .
Experience in one of the following sectors; industrial, valve, instrument, automation energy or similar,
What You Need To Have
Bachelors degree in one of the following disciplines Engineering( Mechanical, Electric,Electronic ,Pyhics)
Minimum 7 years of experience in outside sales preferably in one of the following sectors; industrial, valve, instrument, automation energy or similar,
Experience customer complaint and satisfaction management
Experience in B2B sales Driving Licence is essential
Flexible working hours, no restriction for travel Military service should be completed for male candidates
Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Experience in working in ERP-systems, SAP

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face of Delta Vana to our clients! You’ll be the bridge between their needs and our technology
Handling overall responsibility for managing the sales, achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Providing feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
Help our clients understand their needs and which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations
Conducting negotiations with current and new customers Increasing market share of our product
Ensure that the sales channels to the market, both direct & indirect, are fully capable to deliver this value proposition effectively to the customers
Co-ordinate and collobrate solution support engineer , Account Manager and Project Manager
To follow up the maintenance requests coming from the customers to the technical service
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
