We’re looking for a competent

Customer Service Representativ / Collection Specialist

to respond to customer requests in English during our office hours. This serves exclusively to support existing and prospective customers.

WHAT YOU ARE GONNA DO?

Perform debt collection

Processing of customer calls and written customer requests.

Help and advise our existing customers.

Follow-up to problems/ issues with customer service

Coordinate consulting for requests between our different teams.

Achieve defined goals and KPIs.

Individual consultation of existing customers.

Careful data collection / care.

Post-processing and documentation of customer requests.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Ideally, you should have completed a commercial education.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Independent and responsible attitude.

Experience in customer contact and ability to gain initial experience in telephone customer support.

Fluent in English

Service-oriented appearance.

A broad PC user knowledge.
