QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our Team with the following qualifications;

 
Business Operations Support:
  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Contribute to the BU Operational management in support of the BU leader. Support the BU leadership in meeting the BU objectives (financial, operational, talent….)
  • Ensure the efficiency of Firm processes in the BU (time recording, profitability follow-up, billing, cash collection, pre-approval of non-client expense, cost controlling, overheads follow-up…)
  • Coordinate with the Finance function the Financial Planning & Analysis (including budget preparation, forecast, and deviations analysis) and ensure financial and operational data reliability.
  • Support the partners and directors in meeting their management duties (provision estimate, collection effort….)
  • Manage the projects specific to the businesses (MIS, new processes, new tools…)
  • Communicate and present BU performance in the BU or with the firm management
  • Ensure reliability of the operational information
  • Guarantee compliance with processes and procedures
  • Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
  • Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills


İŞ TANIMI

Areas of involvement:

Strategy: In close support of the BU Leader, monitor and follow the strategic plan implementation (in coordination with the Strategy PMO). Represent the BU in internal meetings. Participate in cross-functional transformation projects. Alert the BU Leader & Firm’s CFO if significant issues are identified.
Operational support to Partners & professionals: educate, help Partners & Professionals in meeting their operational duties. Organize periodic meetings with each partner to update their engagement follow-up. Position him/herself as the day-to-day privileged interlocutor, help them in their daily life on their complex issues. Be the interface with other support functions if necessary (Risk, C&I, Talent…). Provide assistance in their day-to-day management activities (billing, purchase order, open code, blocked expense reports, various extractions, etc.). Ensure Time-sheets’ submission on deadline.
Monitoring & coordination: Coordinate initiatives or projects led in coordination with other functions, ensure proper compliance with procedures within the business and ensure the quality of qualitative data in Management Information systems. Create synergies with other BOS and promote joint investments and cross-functional projects. Share best practices.
Team Management: Manage controlling team (learning, regular assessment…), enhance team skills, supervise work, coordinate actions and important deadlines (estimated, budget, annual and monthly closing)
Performance communication: prepare the operational performance communication and present it to the BU Leader and CFO. Be a credible interlocutor of the Accounting and Finance & Reporting Teams for any audit requests coming from the Audit Committee, the statutory auditors and our correspondents to Global when needed.
Budget construction and estimates: analyze / track all P&L key performance indicators, participate in talent meetings when payroll assumptions are discussed.
