We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated as Digital Customer&Applied Design Senior Consultants/Managers with the following qualifications;

About The Team

The Customer Strategy and Applied Design offering focuses on helping clients discover, design, and prototype customer growth strategies and innovation portfolios to create and drive change in a digital world.  We bring knowledge and offerings to uncover the behaviors, motivations and preferences of our clients’ customers and develop new experiences for them.  Our team combines parts of the Monitor Deloitte Customer practice with Deloitte Digital team members (including Doblin and Market Gravity) to form an entity with deep capabilities in strategy, customer experience, digital strategy and innovation.  

As part of Customer Strategy and Applied Design offering, our consultants specialize in one or more of the following areas and help clients to:

  • Develop customer strategy, help clients build capabilities to better understand customer value drivers and make choices about the markets and segments they serve through digital, social, and mobile channels; optimize pricing decisions and shape the most strategic issues on the CMO agenda
  • Design customer experience, help clients improve the quality, nature and power of interactions between the customer and the organization across the life cycle of sales, marketing and service at each and every touch      point, design novel customer journey
  • Applied innovation, help clients rapidly design, prototype and launch new businesses and experiences, translating insights on human behavior from design-led methods into offerings and technologies that delight customers and drive growth
  • Formulate digital strategies, help clients understand, envision and articulate “digital” as a business strategy aligned with their CEO’s Agenda – and then craft a plan to embed everything they do with the latest technology solutions and business models to compete in the marketplace for customers and talent, and develop digital transformation roadmap
  • Formulate future of industries

About You

If you have below qualifications you will have the chance to work with a diverse client list of leading companies and achieve your best, while learning from talented colleagues in digital consulting.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • 2-8 years prior experience in a management consulting, digital agency, technology consulting or multinational company environment
  • An initiative taking proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen
  • Design thinking experience is a plus
  • Digital asset design and development (web, mobile) experience is a plus
  • Advanced analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
  • Ability to work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members
  • Strong ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce high quality deliverables
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • A willingness to travel within Turkey or abroad

  • As a Senior Consultant or Manager within our Digital team, you will:


Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver and manage digital projects

  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Perform project tasks independently and may direct the efforts of others
  • Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Provide coaching to junior members
  • Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
  • Manage own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences
