In line with our growth strategy we are seeking for Business Operations & Planning Supervisors to be evaluated in our Audit&Assurance  with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Maths,
• Min 4-5  years of planning experience,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving skills,
• Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a project team player,
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power point),
• Build energy, inclusion and integrity across teams from diverse backgrounds,
• Optimize performance and quality through team skills and experience,
• Get buy-in from people with diverse perspectives and interests,

Job Description:

• Preparation of business unit’s (“BU”) monthly financial planning & analysis,
• Take role in financial planning process & follow-up,
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, planning,
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance,
• Coordinate with the Finance function the Financial Planning & Analysis (including budget preparation, forecast, and deviations analysis) and ensure financial and operational data reliability,
• Analyze / track all P&L key performance indicators,
• Consolidate business unit forecasting e.g. chargeable hours, utilization and headcount against budget and proactively drive resourcing decisions to respond to these,
• Develop, execute, and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly headcount planning cycle,
• Assist with the performance management and review process,
  
• Conducting quantitative analysis on planning and performance topics to inform business decisions,
  
• Preparing other ad-hoc analyses and reports when required by the management,
