QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, 
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in the Business Continuity Management / Crisis Management,
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral, 
• Ability to understand and explain, 
• Preferably holding BCI and/or DRI certificate, 
• Innovative, analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving skills, 
• Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a project team player, 
• Capable of producing better results in each new project than in the previous, 
• Deep knowledge on Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management related standards especially on ISO 22301, 
• Knowledge about laws and regulations related to business continuity, 
• Deep knowledge on PDCA cycle, • See business continuity as a social responsibility project, 
• Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track, 
• Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders, 
• Completed military service for male candidates, 
• Willingness to travel.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determine client needs and make suggestions to engagement management on how the firm can meet those needs 
• Serve the client within the standards set by engagement management and to meet client needs by acting with a sense of urgency, practicality and integrity 
• Manage day-to-day client relationships at lower levels 
• Execute related services and supervise staff in delivering services. 
• Perform business impact and risk analyzing, determine required continuity strategy, establish recovery plans both for business and IT units, establish crisis management plan including communication plan; organize and execute continuity and crisis management tests and drills, preparing test result reports, establishing policies and procedures on business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management.
