As Turkey's most successful "Home Textiles & Decoration Products" brand in Retail Sector with its 248 stores in Turkey and 45 stores abroad, which is aiming to become a global brand abroad, we are looking for a “Foreign Trade Manager” Who will work in our headquarters in Mecidiyeköy, İstanbul.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 

• University Graduate
• Very good command of English in written and spoken
• Minimum 7 years experience in Foreign Trade Operations (international transport experience is plus) ; Minimum 3 years experience in managing Foreign Trade Teams.
• Experience in defining and creating As IS to Be Processes,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage supplier relations, pooling potential suppliers, concluding service contracts in compliance with company policies.
• To perform As is To be analysis, establishing operational work flows, leading formation of Standard Operating Procedures
• To prepare Foreign Trade department budget and taking actions against deviations.
• To coordinate annual bonded warehouse stock take and achieve “zero” discrepancy target.
• To set and to monitor department KPI’s to achieve cost and speed targets.
• To ensure that Foreign Trade Operations are fully compliant locally and internationally.
• To establish visibility reports (cost,quality,compliance and speed) and coordinate it with IT department.
• To follow up regularly changes and new implementations in local foreign trade regulations.
