Required Qualifications:
  • BSc. degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or related fields,
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience using object oriented languages,
  • 3+ Years of experience using web based technologies, (ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Jquery etc.)
  • 3+ Years of experience in Software Development with .NET stack,
  • Understanding of core principles of OO design & development and how to apply them in a highly scaled environment,
  • Experience in an Agile environment,
  • Intimate understanding of SOLID principles,
  • Experience in threading and concurrency with efficiently utilization IIS web server, database, network and system resources,
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a high pressure environment,
  • Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff,
  • Relational database experience (SQL Server),
  • Experience establishing coding standards,
  • Full software life-cycle experience,
  • Experience developing enterprise grade software with MVC, MVVM, WCF, WPF etc,
  • Exemplary communication abilities,
  • Experience with version control (TFS, GIT etc.),
  • Exprerience with CI/CD,
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • No military service obligation (for male applicants),
  • Location of this job position will be in our IT company operating within the structure of Yıldız Technical University – İkitelli Technopark.

Basic Functions:
  • Designing and developing extensible enterprise grade software (In-house developed ERP),
  • Establishing and promoting best practices and patterns in software development,
  • Creating and enforcing unified development and architecture standards in the company,
  • Identifying opportunities to create reusable components,
  • Identifying requirements of the stakeholders on the project,
  • Designing the entire system based on the received requirements,
  • Choosing technologies for implementation of each component and connections between the components,
  • Reviewing software architecture,
  • Reviewing other developers code,
  • Mentoring and leading developers,
  • Estimating and delegating tasks for larger projects,
  • Assisting in setting the roadmap for the future technology stack,
  • Collaborating with other developers and business clients to develop enterprise grade software.
