Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
  • Minimum 7-8 years experience in organizational development & HR Analytics
  • Advanced written and spoken English,
  • Strong communication and team management skills,
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications,
  • Completed military service – for male applicants,
  • Preferably living in Istanbul – European side.

 

Basic Functions:

 

  • Planning of the Organizational Transformation Projects to contribute to the company's strategies, planning for both domestic and international organizations, undertaking the project leadership, communication of the project outputs with the related stakeholders and the management and follow-up of the dissemination period,
  • Norm staff, workload analysis, planning and realization of staff needs analysis during budget periods, sharing of outputs with the management; Coordination with HR BPs, management with related functions,
  • Coordination of HR dashboard and metric studies, measuring of organizational productivity based on data / metrics,
  • Coordination of all projects related to HR Analytics,
  • Planning RACI activities in which the roles and responsibilities between the functions and roles are clarified in the main processes in the domestic and foreign locations, acting as a project leader and preparing form implementation and follow-up activities after the transition with HR Business Partners.
  • Revising the domestic and foreign organization structures, establishment of job descriptions for each role, versioning in related languages, publication in the company document management system, management of studies on clarification of legal roles / responsibilities while preparing job descriptions in foreign countries,
  • Renewing the policy / process / practices within the HR to maximize capacity and capability, ensuring fair & transparent and global standards, initiating projecting activities, ensuring interdepartmental coordination,
  • Providing information about the company's organizational structure, job descriptions and HR policies & procedures, public relations memorandum and digital archive for related issues, internal and external audits during the public offering process, communication with official institutions and legal notices,

More than 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
