 Requirements:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields or equivalent experience,
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken,
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics preferably in retail / warehousing and/or distribution,
• High level of analytical skills,
• Strong time management skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Proactive, curious and able to work under pressure,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Available to travel abroad,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

Job Description:

• Collaborating with Europe and Far East Country Logistics Specialists for daily operation follow up and trouble-shooting; maintaining daily objectives and ensures work goals are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Assisting in managing and coordinating warehouse service provider tenders.
• Supporting process improvement projects.
• Analyzing the data and processes to create opportunities for new improvements,
• Ensuring the accuracy of data flow between 3PL company and Defacto’s systems in all warehouse operations (inbound & outbound) including stock accuracy both physically and systematically.
• Controlling monthly 3PL invoices.
• Preparing and following up reporting daily/weekly/monthly operation KPI’s.
