Qualifications:

• University or vocational school (Executive Assistant & Office Management) degree,
• At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Asistant,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Excellent planning and organizing skills,
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills,
• Fashion sense is an asset,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Strong coordination and communication skills,
• Proactive, and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn,
• Preferably residing in European side of Istanbul.

Basic Functions:

• Reporting directly to C Level,
• Providing C Level manager's full support  with the business and personal issues,
• Preparing high standard management reports by collecting and analyzing data,
• Assisting C Level Manager in meetings, conference calls as needed by taking notes or dictations at meetings,
• Arranging travel schedule and reservations,
• Organizing daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meetings.
