Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or an advanced degree in business or marketing is highly preferred,
• At least 5 years of hands-on expertise in inbound marketing- from lead scoring to SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics,
• 7+ years relevant marketing experience, with deep knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and integrated marketing communications, including strategy and managing social media platforms,
• Expert in deploying Google Adwords and Facebook targeting to drive leads,
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, but also highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate,
• Excellent English, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.

Basic Functions:

• Optimize traffic to deliver quality and quantity of leads, including working together with other channels such as organic, affiliate and content marketing,
• Design and build successful and scalable digital campaigns across all regions in liaison with our content marketing team,
• Develop and execute SEO and content strategy,
• Design creative growth strategies and campaign ideas to further establish thought leadership, increase brand awareness, and generate incoming leads,
• Drive continuous A/B testing primarily for emails and landing pages to continuously improve channel performance Extensively use Google Analytics to drive efficiencies in performance,
• Plan monthly and quarterly KPIs and success metrics liaising with HQ,
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Closely follow industry trends and news and manage social media accounts by creating compelling content on a daily basis, including multimedia content,
• Manage all digital assets, UX, performance and content; Marketing programs portfolio management, including people, asset and budget allocations,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, and internal agency counterparts,
• Managing integrated marketing budgets - across multiple campaigns.
