Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, 
• At least 3 years experience in CRM and Campaign Management, Loyalty Management, Customer Data Model and Segmentation in E-Commerce, 
• High data interpretation ability and attention to details, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, 
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, 
• Experienced in business tracking and process management, 
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Main Functions:

• Analyzing existing customer profile using CRM software, identifying and manage customer segments in line with the purpose of developing and executing an effective customer strategy, 
• Monitoring campaigns and measure the performance of the campaigns carried out,
• Taking part in the design and operation of newly developed campaigns and projects,
• Taking part in the development and implementation of CRM reporting infrastructure.
