Warehouse Operations Leader ( Security)

We are currently looking for a “Warehouse Operations Leader (Security)”who will be responsible for the warehouse security division side of Decathlon and also works with our logistics partner, providing the most effective and satisfactory service and ensuring the management and alignment of different processes in the warehouse!

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
• Has a good command of written and spoken English
• Has 1-3 years of warehouse security operations management experience
• Has a good organization & planning skills
• Loves to work in the field
• Can adapt  in a fast pace environment 
• Is able to analyze risks to make good decisions
• Is challenge & result oriented
• Is able to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and nights on a regular basis

(*You will be working with shifts and have 5 working days & 2 off days in a week)

What will be your responsibilities?

• Guarantee the regulations in the warehouse, the safety and the security of the people, the goods and the environment
• Define, apply and ensure the Country Logistics safety standards
• Manage the security and the maintenance of the warehouse with the hands-on management of our logistics partner
• Work closely with Decathlon United Audit Team, Turkey Operations team, and Security Referent Leader
• Ensure the security conformities of the warehouse (Fire, Intrusion, Evacuation...., etc)
• Analyze the security risk of each warehouse department and ensure the implantation of the adequate action plans
• Ensure the security of warehouse stock, shrinkage and inventory controls
• Follow up the negotiations, the agreements with all our warehouse Partners
• Implement sustainable development solutions for the warehouse
• Manage a department/team

- Current job Location: Gebze/Şekerpınar.

- B type driving license needed (Transportation to the warehouse will be handled with pool cars of the company.)
