•  Is comfortable in both the Industrial and Retail environment. 
•  Has good communication skills. 
•  Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments. 
•  Has 1-3 years of experience in textile, 
•  Fluent in English, written and spoken. 
•  Is mobile to travel in Turkey and abroad. 

•  Ensure the quality and the safety of the products that you are responsible with. 
•  Support the improvement of sustainable development. 
•  Manage the best cost/supply/ quality ratio with the suppliers. 
•  Manage sourcing activities to develop future supplier panel. 
•  Manage and validate pre-production by ensuring compliance with our product process requirements.
•  Ensure the right capacity management according to Decathlon needs. 
•  Ensure that the right quantities of products are available in store at the right time, the right place, at the right price.
