Decathlon Turkey is making the sport accessible to the many through the 35 stores currently opened and the online business.

We are currently looking for “Retail&Warehouse Quality Specialist” who will be responsible with necessary quality actions at warehouse and stores.

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments. 

• Has a good command of written and spoken English.

• Has 1-3 years of work experience in a related field. (engineering, logistics, etc.)

• Has a strong sense of organization, autonomous, priority management.

• Is a field person, frequent visits at stores and headquarter.

• Is able to analyze risks to make good decisions, result-oriented.

• Has good communication to build support.

• Has good knowledge of Excel.

• Has no restrictions for traveling.

• Can start working in our Gebze Warehouse office for 6 months to put the warehouse organization in order and then continue to work in our Merter HQ office.

What are your responsibilities? 

• Organize communication between campus and local teams (warehouse, stores, e-commerce, sports teams, supply teams) about quality issues and actions.

• Guarantee realization of actions due to deadlines at warehouse and stores. In case of need, I decide quality corrective actions with local autonomy.

• Keep quality records efficiently. I lead the costs of quality action files.

• Explain the meaning and organization of the activity to related teams. 

• Responsible for clearly marked & optimized quality areas at the warehouse. 

• Support store teams on how to implement corrective actions.

• Lead the related country projects (recycling, donation, RED sampling, etc.)
