You will join our Retail Facilitator Team and will be responsible for the project of managing maintenance, energy and cleaning works with good quality.

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering departments 

- Is sport-oriented,

- Passionate about stores and head office's technical and support services,

- Has a strong organizational skills,

- Has good management skills to manage contractor and supplier relations,

- Is open-minded and curious about new challenges,

- Has an excellent command of written and spoken English, 

- Has no obstacle to travel.

What are your responsibilities? 

- Give them autonomy to the site operation team to have a building new daily,

- Provide your expertise to ensure smooth running,

- Ensure the quality of the buildings,

- Provide your expertise to optimize reinvestment and maintenance,

- Manage contractor and supplier relations (cleaning, maintenance, verification),

- Provide your expertise to optimize Decathlon's carbon footprint (Energies management),

- Forecast the next year's economic and strategic activities,

- Train and functional management of all the teams related to real estate maintenance,

- Handle the maintenance negotiations with the Landlord in leased premises,

- Create facility trajectories for the new openings.
