About the job

• Act as HR BP for all Plants, own planning and executing full HR Agenda in all Plants
• Support effective Industrial Relations
• Determine the best sustainable HR strategy and means to fulfil business needs
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Implement and support people budget
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess employee needs to apply and monitor HR programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

About you

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• University Degree from a reputable university
• At least 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Fluent in English
• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
• Strong capabilities about management, reporting and employee relations
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects within the same timeframe
• Proven track on successful cross functional working environment
