About the job

• Manage and control the production processes to ensure the continiuty of the process while meeting safety  & quality demands and delivery times
• Maintain highest standarts of safety, quality and productivity on the production shopfloor
• Follow up and continiously improve production efficiency by utilizing all resources effectively ( equipment, staff etc. )
• Develop operations related plans, budgets , policies and procedures and coordinate all teams to be in line with these planning
• Troubleshoot production problems and ensure a smooth, safe and efficient production operation
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators and strive for sustainable, continious improvement and improve the productivity and efficiency of the process
• Look for opportunuties to optimize industrial costs
• Support R&I for new pack - product trials & launches
• Leads to all projects within his responsibility area in coordination with industrial Project team
• Take a key role in plant management team to deliver value to business through factory operations
• Define development plan for production team to create efficient and motivated team
• Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams in order to drive effective decision making, collaboration, business and professional growth

About you

• University degree from an engineering department ( preferably Food – Chemical - Industrial Engineering )
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in food industry preferable at a dairy facility
• Good know-how of food processing technologies
• Advanced level of written and verbal English
• MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
