About the job

• Answering consumer questions via communication tools like phone, e-mail and livechat, giving information on infant nutrition and making necessary directions to meet consumer needs
• Provide consumers with information on Danone Baby Nutrition products and services
• Ensuring maximum consumer satisfaction
• Reporting consumer feedback and keeping the data on our CRM system
• Managing social media activities and provide online support
• Managing complaint management activities

About you

• Graduated of Nutrition and Dietetic
• New graduated or 1-2 years experiment
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Good level of using MS University degree in nutrition and dietetics
• Interest in social media activities & new CRM solutions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Client oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
