As an Export Sales Specialist, you will be contributing to growing the business by increasing the client base for Export as well as increasing the overall volume growth/contribution of Export.
About The Job
As an Export Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities:
· Focuses on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities,
· Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the sales support team,
· Finalizing all contracts and documentation needed for the deals.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports
· Control of certification requirements & country regulations
· Constant orders monitoring
· Keep relation with other internal units (Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics) to facilitate the best support to the customers, agents and dealers.
· Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional export sales target,
· Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations,
· Prepares sales analyses for customer visits and sales meetings,
· Follows up on customer payments , ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts.
About You
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have
· Education: Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
· Languages required: Excellent English – spoken, written and reading, preferable to have a second language. (french, arabic, spanish, russian)
· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position,
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
· Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker,
· Goal - oriented, innovative and problem solver,
· Familiar with data analysis and reporting,
· Advanced skills in the MS Office suite of applications,
· Male candidates should have completed their military service.
