Job Description: 

 Danfoss has an exciting opportunity for a new colleague to join our Danfoss Cooling Sales Organization in Danfoss Turkey. Danfoss Colling Segment has #1 position on the market with more than 6.000 employees worldwide, covering Refrigeration (commercial, industrial, food retails) and Air Conditioning industry by successfully addressing electrification, digitalization, urbanization and climate change challenges.  As a Technical Sales Engineer with passion towards direct sales you will represent Danfoss and work directly with OEM customers. Your main tasks will be launching, promoting and selling Danfoss products and solutions to the OEM customers directly. You will build and maintain close and permanent relations with them providing technical and product info, as well as monitor market, competitors and distributors, and develop and edit sales supporting materials. You will daily work with Sales Force (CRM) system and actively participate in marketing activities. Your success will be measured by satisfied customers, on time completion of deals and reasonable growth on number of OEM customers and sales revenue. You will become part of a regional Sales team, located in IStanbul office. 

 Background and skills 

To obtain this position, you must hold at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Electrical) and have min 3 years of sales experience from Cooling industry. In addition, you have: • Good communication skills, outgoing personality, interpersonal and presentation skills 

• Strong execution skills and personal drive to succeed 

• Travel mobility at the national level 

• Good English knowledge
