DAL TEKNİK MAKİNA (a DAL ENGINEERING GROUP Company) is a worldwide technology and engineering trailer in the cement industry, looking for a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist. We offer a very dynamic and innovative working environment.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Monitor compliance with policies and laws by reviewing employee workplace activities and operations.
• Execute risk reduction activities including internal audit, risk assessment, risk reduction
• Execute risk reduction activities including internal audit, risk assessment, risk reduction
• Follow and actively participate in all HSE practices and procedures in plants where our projects take place
• Assist onsite HSE training matrix for employees, new hires, visitors, and contractors 

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Management, Occupational or equivalent departments of a reputable university
• Minimum three years prior experience in an HSE role
• Technical knowledge experience with HSE Management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language is preferred)
• Working experience in EU countries is preferred
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Must have the ability to complete assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
• To have completed military service for male candidates
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
