Job Description:

• Derive software requirements from system requirements
• Manage and update existing software requirements
• Ensure tracebility between software requirements and system requirements
• Verify consistency, completeness, atomicity and measurability of requirements
• Clarify missing and/or unclear requirements and provide verification criteria to testers
• Having close relationships with system engineers, software developers and software testers
• Review software test specifications
• Defining the requirement process according to Automotive SPICE®
• Represent work products during audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) and/or Master of Science (MS) Degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering (or related disciplines also acceptable)
• Experience in software development
• Experience in requirements engineering
• Knowledge of embedded systems
• Knowledge of C and C++
• Good verbal and excellent writing skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and usage of an unambiguous language
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
• Self-motivated, able to self-improve, keen on learning new and complex technologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automotive embedded systems development
• Exprience in tools in the field of requirements engineering (Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, etc...)
• Knowledge of requirement description templates (Volere, SOPHIST, EARS, etc…)
