QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


JD


1.      Lead subsidiary formulating local accounting and tax vouchers archive and management rules.


2.      Carry out financial flow work, requirement and some basic professional knowledge training to business department.


3.      Accounting and Tax Sharing Center based on China, assist subsidiary combing and formulating the overall accounting process, and driving Oracle system report development to meet local regulation required and local finance routine.


4.      Accounting and Tax Sharing Center based on China, assist local e-ledger software implement and launch with accounting record in Oracle in HQ.


5.      Understand the gap between IFRS and Turkey local GAAP and work with tax declaration outsource firm to carry out the difference guideline materials output.


6.      Responsible for the invoice management;


7.      Assist in the formulation of routine daily tax policies for subsidiaries, establish and improve daily taxation workflows


8.      Daily communication of tax planning; tax review and final review, monitoring of tax returns, strict control and avoidance of tax late fees and related fines;


9.      Overall tax planning, tax risks controlling, analysis of tax costs in business transactions, to provide professional advice for management decision-making;


10.    Organize the implementation of fixed assets and inventory counting work


11.    Cooperate with internal and external audit work and take measures to solve related problems;


12.    Provide relevant tax advice for the company's business activities


 


Requirement


1.     Proficient in Excel, word and PPT and familiar with Oracle system, command of Visio is plus.


2.     Work under pressure and can cooperate with and give the guidelines to business department.


3.     Excellent communication skills, adaptable to rapid change.


4.     Result-oriented, strong ability of summary and problem solving. Good command of drawing work flow chart.


5.     Have experience in financial software integration.


6.     Have experience in international company.


7.     Big 4 work experience is plus.
