QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Sommelier to maximize the opportunities and add value to the brand. 

Qalifications

•Bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration, Hotel Management or Gastronomy

•Minimum 2 years of experience in wine service at fine dining restaurants

•Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Italian or French

•Certification for wine education  (WSET; Court of Master Sommelier; etc)

Duties:

•Ensure the continuity of the wines in the wine list by stock tracking and ordering on time

•Advise the guests according to their needs; personal taste, food& wine pairing, occasion or budget

•Meet the financial targets given and improve profits through wine sales
