We’re looking for a Banquet Sales Executive / “Adile Sultan Sarayı” to maximize the opportunities and add value to the brand. 

 Expected Requirements and Experience 

 • University Degree 

 • At least 4 years of sales experience 

 • Excellent command of English 

 • Excellent communication and negotiation skills  

 • High level of energy and self-motivation

 • Experience in strategic planning and execution 

Job Description 

 • Responding quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries 

 • Following up all enquiries, preparing proposals and coordinating all details for the client at different banquet venues 

 • Developing existing and new customer database through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods 

 • Optimizing quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction 

 • Cooperation with others in completing assigned tasks in a teamwork 

 • Building good working relationships, both internal and external contacts 

 • Achieving uphill targets in a fast paced environment 

 • Proactively seek new business opportunities through off-site visits, conducting effective sales calls, mailers, emails and presentations to potential clients 

• Create post-event evaluations, including meeting notes and updates to management
