Responsibilites

•  Follow the scope of an online project that goes from the proposal stage, to the technical work up, and finally to the delivery of the web product.
• Participate in the initial conception stage along with hotel teams in order to better meet the needs of the hotels and to translate those expectations to the agency and third parties
• Lead the design process of a website by working with the agencies inclunding a team of graphic designers, writers and web developers.
• Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project by implementing testing processes and working with technical staff in order to address any issues.
• Generate periodic project status reports; detail data, tasks and processes.
• Monitor, assess, and report on website performance.
• Follow up on domain registration and hosting
• Develope and/or update content, making sure the content is inline with SEO spesifications
• Lead online marketing projects ranging from SEO to social media marketing
• Work with the social media management agency on Social Media Content Management, Monitoring and Social Listening in order to reach the KPI’s of the accounts

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related fields
• 5-8 years digital marketing experience in consumer brands/services (Hotels, Luxury brands, Telecommuncation etc.) or agencies with strong branding experiences with clients
• Strong strategic, digital and hollistic end to end thinking
• Positive, team player with good people and communication skills
• Fast adaptibility to dynamic environments
• Advanced English
