Who Are You?

• You have minimum 2 years of reception experience in a corporate environment
• You’re able to communicate fluently in Turkish and English
• You have a corporate attitude and professional communication style
• You’re mature, patient and confident
• You possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills with high service-orientation 
• You can multi task in a high-paced environment, while keeping a positive attitude at all times

What Will You Achieve?
 
You will be creating the “first-impression” of our guests by providing a professional and welcoming reception and switchboard service, by carrying out the following tasks:

• Answer incoming calls to the switchboard in a timely manner and transfer to the relevant company representative
• Greet visitors and advise the appropriate company representative of their visitor’s arrival
• Escort the VIP guests to the management office
• Receive all deliveries to the company and check/sign as appropriate, advising the recipient accordingly
• In the event of any danger or risk, ensure that the visitors’ book is delivered to the security admin for evacuation
• Obey all company standards and inform your managers if any risk arises
