QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Marketing Manager who must have;
- University degree from reputable university, preferably in Business Administration or Economics or Tourism Management,
- At least five or more years of hotel marketing or sales administrative experience in 5* hotel.
- Ability to write and speak fluently, effectively, mistake free and creatively in Turkish and English.
- Ability to handle confidential material and information in an ethical and a professional manner.
- Excellent file maintenance & organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in timely manner.
- Advanced skills in various computer software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Excellent attention to details, creative and innovative.
- Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to the hotel marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate well, build trust and cooperate with all departments within the hotel, with guests and all external companies.
İŞ TANIMI
- Implement the agreed rate structure and strategy for all market segments
- Direct all sales activities ensure that they meet the goals of the Marketing Plan
- Maintain close relationships with all key decision-makers both in local and international markets
- Explore new markets and potential accounts
- Implement all sales and marketing action plans in the Marketing Plan
- Set clear strategies and goals to enhance guest, employee experience, and ensure brand clarity and integrity in all modes of communication
- Ensure Communication activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
- Work with all revenue producing departments in the hotel and ensure most optimal marketing strategy is pursued.
- Ensure that marketing expense budgets are maintained and optimized wherever possible
- To oversee and assist in the recruitment and selection of marketing associates pertaining to the function
- To maximise the effectiveness of Heads of Department by developing each individuals’ skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
- To maintain strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.
