JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Specialist is a full-time member of the Cygnus Clinic team and will be in charge of responding all inquiries from the potential English-speaking patients, in short; turning a lead into a sale. Do you want to be a part of a young, dynamic and senior team?

JOB QUALIFICATIONS?

- Excellent communication skills in English 

- Advanced interaction skills with people from multiple cultures/backgrounds

- Previous experiences as a sales representative 

- Basic knowledge in Cosmetic Surgery and medical terms

- Knowledge in CRM software

- Proficiency in MS programs

- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness

- The ability to build productive professional business relationships

- Energetic, passionate, persistent

- Ensuring the treatment plan for each enquiry is correctly applied

- Follow up treatment processes through clinic standards

- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
