Customer Representative Team Leader

We are looking for a “Customer Representative Team Leader” for our consultancy project.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduated from undergraduate programs of universities,
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of customer complaints,
• Adapted to teamwork, developed problem-solving skills,
• Customer and result oriented,
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills,
• Proactive, result oriented and attention to detail,
• High reporting and presentation skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Adapted in the fast-paced work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prepare reports containing routine analysis of customer data, to reconcile annual and monthly data, to prepare capacity analysis,
• Participating in customer meetings,
• To determine the personnel needs due to reasons such as growth, increase in calls,
• Analyzing reports and taking action on issues such as project performances, quality targets, customer advisor performance,
• Manual reporting skills
• To prepare reports on the project objectives such as income/expenses, productivity, corporate customer demands and needs, organizational needs, and to convey information to the manager to whom he/she is affiliated,
• Carrying out studies for the improvement and development of the processes under his/her responsibility and evaluating the results.
