QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in learning & development function.
• Good command of English.
• Experienced in training process management, training content and tool design.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying training and development needs.
• Orientation for new staff. 
• Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, etc.).
• Responsible for the processes of corporate culture, leadership development. corporate development including coaching mentoring practices, talent development and competency-based individual development.
• Managing the annual training and development plans, and reporting process. 
• Supporting creation and articulation of continous learning approach, helps employees develop a growth mindset.
• Conducting one-on-one mentoring meetings with employees for their career development.
• Leading the establishment of a new performance management system based on kpi’s and competencies.
• Supporting relavant HR projects.
