We are looking for experienced Technical Purchasing and Logistics Specialists to join our Technical and Purchasing Logistics Department in our Antalya Headquarter.

Qualifications

• University degree in the related fields,
• Having minimum 3 years experience in technical supply chain, logistics and customs processes in aviation industry,
• Having foreign trade experience is an asset,
• Excellent level of written and spoken English language is must (TOEFL or IELTS certicates would be beneficial),
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software,
• Having solutions oriented, problem solver and stress resistant personality,
• Team player with good organizational and planning skills,
• Used to work in busy schedule,
• Mandatory military service must be completed for male candidates,
• Ability to work in shifts,
• Living or willing to relocate in Antalya.

Job Description

• The candidate is required to work in shifts,
• Handling the material requistions,
• To send Request for Quotations (RFQ) to suppliers and add quotes to ERP system,
• To keep the list of material and service suppliers up-to-date,
• To keep records of supplier certifications required for approval,
• To monitor unserviceable components status for warranty claims  and performing the repair management,
• To add and update the procurement data for the whole supply chain processes in Company ERP system,
• To evaluate suppliers and enter evaluation results in ERP software for each item in the related orders,
• To organize, coordinate and follow up transportation of incoming and outgoing parts with the freight forwarder.
