Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance)

·         At least 1 year working experience as revenue controller in airlines or ticket sales office, agencya related sector.

·         Knowledge of airline revenue accounting, credit card settlement and accounts receivable processing

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Power BI Reporting

·         Advanced level of English and/or German

·         Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills.

·         Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines.

·         Ability to work with strict confidentiality.

·         Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well-organized.

·         No obligation of military service for male candidates.

·         Lives or willing to live in Antalya.

Job Description

·         Controlling flight revenues such as seat only, GDS, charter, T/O sales

·         Managing and controlling agency and sales office settlements.                      

·         Regulatory reporting, fraud detection, and refund support.

·         Assessing the flight coupons/electronic ticket records in accordance with system codes.

·         Entering the results into the system for issuing invoices.

·         Controlling the sales reports of excess baggage and flight coupons sent by the ticket sales and airport sales offices.
