We are hiring Customer Care, Team Leader (Dutch & English bilingual) who will manage a team of Customer Intent Analysts providing human assistance to Artificial Intelligence applications.  This full-time position offers paid training, health benefits, opportunity for professional growth, and many more employer perks.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Manage a team of Intent Analysts 

·        Liaison with support functions and client teams

·        Performance management, coaching and motivation of team members

·        Contribute to training needs analysis, and continuous improvement

·        Achieve quality targets with respect to daily audits that meet service level agreements

·        ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

·         Fluent in Dutch – speak, read, write, & understand the language

 ·       Minimum B1 level English

·        Strong attention to detail & exceptional level of accuracy

·        People management skills

·        High computer proficiency & overall technical knowledge

·        Willing to work for shifts including weekends, holidays

·        Must pass computer literacy & typing test

·        For male candidates who have completed their military service or postponed for at least 2 years
