The consultant will work closely with CCG’s offshore/local teams in BI/EPM projects. This position is based in Istanbul but traveling to other countries (mostly gulf countries) for delivery or business development is essential. The ideal candidate will be interested in expanding his or her technical skills with EPM tools like Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Data Integrator, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase and Oracle Business Intellignce. Experience with  ETL processes and reporting is ideal.

• Job Requirements:
• MBA degree holders, graduates from Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Business Administration, MIS, Computer Sciences are preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounts is highly preferred (Accounting, Financial Close and Consolidation, Planning Budgeting)
  
• Should be keen on making a career in IT/Finance consulting 
  
• No experience is required for junior candidates but up to 2 years implementation experience with Finance and/or Enterprise Performance Management tools are beneficial (Oracle Hyperion, IBM Cognos TM1, SAP BPC etc)
• Good Excel and Macro/VBS skills would be preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English. Arabic speaking is a big plus
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers
• Have no restriction to short or long term travel
• Strong documentation skills
