Who are you?

An experienced HR professional who contributes to developing, maintaining, executing and improving HR management policies and practices as well as addressing organizational challenges through human capital solutions, such as hiring, training and performance evaluation.

Where will you be working?

Office in Istanbul, Kaghitane.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in relevant field (HR, labour relations, organizational development…).

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Good organisational and prioritisation skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

· Proficiency in English and Turkish.

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Job Description:

· Maintain HR systems and processes.

· Preparation, transmission and archiving of all HR documents.

· Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

· Maintain an employee development system based on annual interviews, competence review and training plan,

· Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations.

· Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.

· Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

· Recording of personal protective equipment.

· Analyse trends in compensation and benefits.

· Design and implement employee retention strategies.

· Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

· Ensure the organization’s compliance with local regulations.

· Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.

· Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

· Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.

· Conduct performance and salary reviews.
