•          University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics,Statistics
•          At least 3 years experience in team management
•          3+ years eperienced in readymade garments or textile shipment planning and retail dispatch operation
•          Experienced in planning of order operational priority
•          Tight working with warehouse, alocation, category, logistic and foreign trade department
•          Experience in volume calculation and vehicle planning
•          Fluent in both written and spoken English
•          Very good knowledge of ERP programs ( especially MS Dynamics Axapta) , WMS, SQL
•          Advance levels of MS Office applications, especially Excel,
•          Strong selfconfidence and organizational skills,
•          Strong analytical vision, decision-making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•          No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description;

•          Planning and optimization of the entire shipment process from our Istanbul-based warehouse to our stores abroad.
  

•          Prioritising weekly ready made garments orders, consolidating them with other materials to be shipped

•          Deciding the most convenient and fast way of delivery of the orders according to store entry week and transit time

•        Receiving special shipment requests from category and alocation departments and provide necessary consolidation

•          Managing the order transfers of franchise customer in the system

•          Booking of franchise customer product orders daily in the system and reporting to relevant sales team

•          Sharing shipment types and weekly shipments plan with logistics and foreign trade departments.

•          Sharing planned and actual shipments with all international subsidiaries.

•          Checking the weight and quantity consistency of the work orders of international transports

•          Checking and reporting of missing-excess notifications received from own and franchise stores

•          Preparing the daily and weekly reports (daily alocation orders, dispatch status, warehouse stocks, franchise orders, remaining stocks, etc.)

•          Planning the tasks and work plans of the team and ensuring to maintain efficently

•          Preparing annual KPI reports

•         Carrying out operational connections between domestic and international warehouses and central departments
