Technology Transfer Engineer

We are looking for:

A Strong Project Manager who

• Provides the project management needed to develop and implement regional & global formulation projects and support flawless execution of new products.
• Conducts plant trials of new of the formulations created by Regional Technology Centers.
• Executes the application of Colgate’s Technology Transfer Procedure and knowhow

A Communicator At Global Level who

• Engages with stakeholders and keeps them informed about the progress of projects
• Works closely on local, regional and global level with all related supply chain and commercial functions such as Packaging Development, Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Quality to achieve desired goals,

To work in a plant environment where you can gain full view of end to end supply chain, work in close cooperation with regional and global teams in a strong culture of caring, global teamwork and continuous improvement.

 Qualifications:

• BS or MS in a technical or engineering field; MBA a plus,
• 2 years minimum Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and/or related technical experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Dynamic, results driven, curious, proactive, interactive, team-work oriented
• Proficiency in spreadsheet usage, working knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office 
• Fluency in English,
