To assisting management of  the Çok Çok Pera Restaurant as a successful independent profit center, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction consistent with luxury standards, through planning, organizing, directing, training and controlling the Food and Beverage operation and administration.

Requirments,

• Minimum 1 year in smilar role preferably in a luxury restaurant,
• Excellent oral and written skills both in Turkish & English,
• Ability to train all staff with luxury restaurant standarts,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with restaurant staff and guests,
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively,Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times,
• Works in a safe, prudent and organized manner,
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment,
