QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for customer representatives who speak English and / or Arabic for our Call Center within the Business Intelligence Department.
Giving information about the fairs organized to domestic and international fair visitors,
Creating and updating visitor communication records,
Access to potential visitor contact information.
Graduated from a University
To have the knowledge of English and / or Arabic and Turkish to be able to conduct overseas calls, e-mail correspondence and business follow-up,
Careful, result-oriented, researcher,
Verbal and written communication skills, high persuasion ability
Compatible with team spirit and work,
Able to keep up with busy and dynamic work pace,
Use MS Office programs effectively,
Energetic, highly motivated,
“Customer Representative” is required.
