CMV; with is constantly developing dynamic structure and which is operating in Manisa Industrial Park, is looking for an ambitious and efficient  "HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST", with the following requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Administrative Studies and/or Social Sciences 
• 3-6 years of hands on experience and knowledge in HR field in a broad ranges of HR functional areas such as recruitment, performance management, payroll and administrative affairs , etc.
• Analytical, diligent,researcher and result-oriented,
• Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment,
• Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills,
• Strong ability to interact with all levels of management and employees,
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
• Good command of English or Italian  (both written and verbal),
• Posses of driving license B,
• Residence in Manisa or İzmir is preferred,
• No obligation of military service (for male candidates).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing all functions of the HR management including recruitment & onboarding, talent management, performance management, training & development, pay-roll, administrative affairs, following up the daily shifts, gate records, annual leaves, health reports, absenteeism etc.,
• Preparing and designing periodical (monthly, quarterly and annually ) and ad-hoc HR reports,
• Managing open requisitions and job postings, prescreening, conducting competency based interviews and hands-on candidate attraction and sourcing,
• Driving the employeer branding,
• Working with managers to identify the optimum organizational design,
• Supporting overall labour relations and employee motivation activities,
• Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions,
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks,
• Taking active role in all HR projects and pratices,
• Conducting exit interviews for leavers and monitor trends,
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws,
