As a result of expanding our organization  , we are currently looking for  young, dynamic “Administrative Affairs Officer" to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

The successful candidate should satisfy the following requirements:   

• University degree
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets
• Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
• Strong in organisational and administrative skills
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a high energy level and determination to achieve
• Partnership approach and openness for change

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To coordinate with senior&department managers to identify staffing needs
•  To determine selection criteria 
• To create and publish job ads in various portals 
• To source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• To maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• To lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• To conducte exit interviews on terminating employees 
• To produce and submit reports on general HR activity 
• To manage payroll process with outsource payroll company 
• To answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
• To coordinate requests for leave and other absences 
• To complete monthly payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review 
• To prepare periodical and ad-hoc HR reports related with headcount, training, HR budget, organizational structure etc
