Clinic Center registered both in the UK and Turkey is looking for International Patient Relations Specialists who will join young, dynamic and international team of Clinic Center offices in Izmir and Istanbul. International Patient Relations Specialists are responsible for making the  patients' experience unique and unforgettable after their treatment with Clinic Center. 

Clinic Center is one of the biggest service exporters in Turkey and entered the TIM Service Exporters 500 list in 2018 & 2019 and sponsor of the Premier League Club Brighton Hove Albion. As Clinic Center we are specialized in arranging hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, in-vitro fertilization and dental treatments in Turkey. Our partner doctors have treated many patients from various countries such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, United States of America and Middle East. 

Requirements

• University graduate preferably from business, health or tourism related departments
• Advanced level of English 
• Another European language knowledge is a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
• Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
• Persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and customer service driven
• Have great attention to detail

Job Description

The candidate will be an International Patient Relations Specialist who will deal with international patients in all the phases of their post treatment process. The job description includes but not limited to the following tasks,

International Patient Relations Specialist 

• Coordination with international patients
• Managing referral program with UK office
• Following healing process of the patients over email and phone
• Cooperation with hospitals and doctors
• Managing the bookings of patients in aftercare clinics in the UK 
• Pass the required information clearly to the patients about their treatments 
• Informing patients regarding referral program
• Arrange consultation appointments with doctors
• Daily / weekly / monthly reporting
• Other tasks given by management
