CLC World Resort & Hotels – a leading developer and operator of luxurious holiday resorts around the world.  We are an International company with 37 resorts spanning over 7 countries with offices in Turkey, Spain and the UK.

We now need to recruit an experienced Assistant Resort Manager for our luxurious Kuşadası Golf & Spa Resort.

Based at the resort just outside Kuşadası town, the role will primarily be responsible for providing front line support in developing, overseeing and driving resort operations, whilst striving to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction and revenue.
The successful candidate will be required to have an impressive background in hospitality management, preferably gained within large all-inclusive hotels or resort environments in Turkey or Europe. 
Prerequisites for the position are to be fluent in both spoken and written Turkish & English languages, have a strong business acumen, proactive & dynamic in your approach to business, effectively  manage & develop staff in the skill sets they require for successful day to day running of our thriving resort and knowledge of current Turkish Health & Safety procedures & legislation.
