We are looking for highly motivated General Manager who has experience leading a team, in-depth understanding of Medical Tourism market, dealing with banks and regulator, decision making skills, and managing a start up

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or graduade from Faculity of Medicine  
• Ten years of experience managing progressively increasing responsibilities in a related field preferred
• Healthcare sector experience is a preferred
• Must possess excellent relationship management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, while adhering to strict deadlines
• Candidates should be located in/willing to relocate to Antalya, Turkey.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the Board of Management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;
• Developing detailed project plans and tracking the whole process;
• Developing scopes and objectives of projects, working in coordination with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Coordinating internal resources as well as third parties/vendors for the execution of key strategic projects;
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within the calculated budget;
• Verifying all changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Establishing/Managing the relationship with the clients, third parties and all stakeholders;
• Developing risk management plan to minimize project risks;
• Providing progress reports to management as needed.
