We are working in the marine sector and looking for Finance & Admin Manager for our Headquarter in Istanbul, Turkey.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting directly to CEO.
• Execution and monitoring of relations with banks and other financial institutions. 
• Manage the planning, company budgeting process and forecasting processes and ensure that each area and department of the business provides the necessary input.
• Track, monitor and analyse of monthly financial results. Seek explanation for variances and reports on fluctuations. Implement financial controls and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Preparation and management of daily, weekly, monthly and annual cash flow planning.
• Preparation and reporting of the company's profit / loss and expenses (monthly and yearly).
• Utilize and improve best practices to financial scenario analysis.
• Making systematic improvements especially in the IT reporting systems.
• Leading, managing and continuous communicationoffinance and admin team.
• Reviewing all workflow processes of finance, accounting and admin and improve their performances.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate
• Fluent in English
• Minumum 5 years of similar experience
• Advanced computer skills
• Logo Tiger experience is preferred
• Proven experience with financial statements, reporting, analysis and auditing
• Desire to constantly seek to improve the performance of the company
• Preferably, proven leadership abilities and leading by example
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire and ability to share his/her knowledge
• Highly developed organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise and steer towards targets
• Male applicants must have completed their military service.
