QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus a minimum of five (5) years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities, high proficiency with computer design applications and software
• Excellent communication skills, excellent business and technical writing 
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performs basic architectural duties including assisting others in programming, schematic design, building cost analysis, construction documents, specifications and materials, code research, construction administration and project management

• Performs design computations, makes quantity takeoffs and prepares estimates, prepares architectural plans and renderings, and inspects architectural features of structures in the field

• Encouraged to try to solve problems using judgment, and education, but is expected to ask for assistance when needed

• Review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by others to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function

• Draws up blueprints, using Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages

• Developing and analyzing architectural and application projects; managed the harmonization of static, electrical and mechanical projects with each other

• Successful, strong representation skills in communication and relationship management, Competence in problem solving, result-oriented work and time management

• Assist or participate in preparation of business proposals

• Maintain neat and organized work area that allows efficient access to project information as required by other team members
