Your Role and Responsibilities

In this position you will play an important role in helping us shape the ecosystem for AISOLT by identifying and engaging key partners, building business cases, articulating the value of the partnership and how we jointly execute & monetize. You will also enable our offering management, sales and marketing teams to engage effectively with these partners to build and deploy go-to-market programs. You will also work closely with R&D and product development teams to give them feedbacks and market requirements about product.

The ideal candidate will assist the CEO . He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, identify ways to deliver high levels of partner engagement

Key Responsibilities and Goals

•          Develop strong collaborative relationships with potential partners/stakeholders of new marketing regions

•          Build the business case for each partnership articulating the value of the partnership and what each party brings to the table

Conducting market and competition analysis as well as developing market entry, growth and distribution strategies

·         Preparing a long-term plan for the company based on global or local projections in a related industry

·         Building business plans and analytical models to support the decision process

·         Identifying and evaluating scenarios and strategic options

·         Analyzing business-specific cases, challenging and verifying short-long term impacts along

·         Developing pitches and internal presentations

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·         Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering

·         3+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development departments in multi-national companies,

·         Excellent knowledge of English is essential; Arabic is a plus

·         Good at reporting and presentation skills

·         Technology and/or Telecommunications experience is an asset

·         Experience working with and through a highly matrixed and global organization

•Ability to work effectively in external organizations

•Strong negotiation skills

•Proficiency working with Offering / Production Management and Sales teams
